Form Hints

1. License Serial number and Hash code
The License Serial and Hash are printed on a card that is included in the package with the product you purchased.

Example License Serial number and Hash code :
(These are examples; use the ones that came with your software.)
License Serial Number : PCI123456
License Hash Code : ABCD-1234-EFGH-IJKL

2. Camera or Hardware Key Serial number
You can find the serial number on the back of the case.

3. Email Address
Please make sure to enter a valid email address, otherwise the license will not be sent to you.

Important Notes

• Software licenses can only be activated once
• You can activate using a serial number from a camera or Hardware Key
• Once activated, your license cannot be transferred to a different serial number
• Hardware Keys are easier to move between computers than cameras. If you would like to purchase a Hardware Key, please contact NaturalPoint or your dealer
