We understand that many people aren't yet familiar with optical head tracking technology, and how it can be used for in-game view control. Many may just need to try out the product. Well, we want to help. We are confident that you will love your new TrackIR, so feel free to pick the one that suites your needs best and give it a try.

When contacting NaturalPoint technical support, please have your TrackIR serial number ready. TrackIR 4:PRO serial numbers are located near the USB plug. Older TrackIR models have a serial number under the front of the device’s plastic chassis. If your TrackIR does not have a serial number, please check the Main tab of the software next to 'Device Info', and record the serial # for any future incidents.
30 day Trial Period ::

If you purchased a product directly from NaturalPoint and for some reason you need to return it, you can. This offer is only valid during the first 30 days after your purchase. To receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, just give us a call and we will arrange the return. Once the unit is returned we will issue a full credit, minus our low shipping cost. Please note that this 30 day trial period is only supported by NaturalPoint. If you did not purchase your product directly from NaturalPoint then you will need to contact the reseller you did purchase from and see what your options are. Official Return Policy ::

NaturalPoint accepts returns of products purchased directly from NaturalPoint, for any reason, when you request authorization for the return within 30 days of delivery.

If you need to return a defective product to us please see our Limited Warranty to verify you are eligible.

Once you have verified your eligibility you must call us at 1-541-753-6645 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will issue you an RMA valid for 15 days from the date of issue. All products returned must be accompanied by a valid RMA number. We are unable to accept any product returns after the expiration date of the RMA. RMAs cannot be extended or re-issued.

All Returns are Subject to the Following:
  • All products must be returned complete and in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and any other documentation.
  • Defective hardware will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
  • A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Some items designated “all sales final,” “no returns” or similar language may not be returned.
  • Wearable items and consumables are non-returnable. These items include TrackHATs, Reflective Dots, Raw Material and Rings.
  • Vector Expansion is not returnable once it has been activated.
  • Non-driver Software may not be returned once it's packaging has been opened.
Customer must pay to ship the package containing the returned product to NaturalPoint. If you have purchased from NaturalPoint directly, please cut out the return portion on your Order Slip and include it with all returns. Send package to: NaturalPoint, Inc. Attn: Return. 33872 SE Eastgate Circle. Corvallis, OR 97333. Do not send any packages without valid RMA numbers.
