Strike Fighters: Project 1 is a combat flight simulation game featuring some of the most exciting jet aircraft from the 60's, including the F-100 Super Sabre, F-104 Starfighter, A-4 Skyhawk, and F-4 Phantom II!

This game is a classic "survey sim," with multiple flyable aircraft, and its emphasis is on providing a range of flying experiences rather than trying to model a single plane exhaustively.

Strike Fighters uses an all new "next generation" graphics engine that generates incredibly detailed images that transport you directly into the cockpit. But the ride doesn't stop there! With its mod-friendly generator, Strike Fighters: Project 1 follows in the footsteps of games like Half-Life that offer gamers endless hours of new and exciting gameplay and replayability.

August 30, 2006: Third Wire Interactive has launched a squadron of patches updating their finger-four formation of combat flight simulators. Support for TrackIR 5DOF Vector Expansion has been added. Download patch (v08.30.06) for Strike Fighters Project 1.
