United Squadrons League Tournament, starting September 10, 2007

A new competitive IL2 league. The United Squadrons League schedule opened on September 10 and will run for eight weeks. The top four teams will make the playoffs.

The winners of the playoffs will meet on week 10 for the championship, in early November. TrackIR merchandise is being provided as the prize. Read more >>

SE Xtreme: Summer Dogfight Tournament, June 1 - September, 2007

NaturalPoint will officially sponsor the SE Xtreme: Summer Dogfight Tournament and will offer a TrackIR 4:PRO and TrackClip PRO to the squadron that wins!

August update: Two teams stood above the rest and faced each other in the Championship Round in September. The final match featured the British Spitfire Mk. VIII Cutwing (1943) against the German Focke-Wulf 190 A-6 (1943). Our two teams:

September 10 update: The members of the 102nd Yugoslav Squadron have been declared the champions. They defeated 15./JG52 in the Championship Round match on Sunday, September 9.

Fabio Fanelli Flight Simulator Show, May 5-6, 2007

The Italian Virtual Pilot Association announces the Flight Simulator Contest "Fabio Fanelli" 9th edition that will be held in Forl� (near Bologna), Italy on May 5th and 6th. Teams from all Europe will face a serious and challenging competition using the best add-ons and equipment possible. The flights will be ATC (IVAO) monitored and a cabin judge (real pilots) will follow all the cabin operation. VFR and IFR flight "as real as possible" are on schedule and heavy weather and multiple failures should be expected.

This event will be sponsored by Virtuali, our TrackIR dealer in Italy. TrackIR units will be available for demo and as prizes. Learn more >>

Lowland Tiger Meet 2007, April 20-22, 2007

The Lowland Tiger Meet is a LAN (Local Area Network) party in Ahaus, Germany. It is the official European Flightsim Championship. Participant divisions include Il-2, Falcon 4 Allied Force, Lock On, and Freeflight. Learn more >>

Lowland Tiger Meet 2006, September 15-17, 2006

LLTM 2006 was sponsored by NaturalPoint and was once again a great success. TrackIR merchandise was provided as prizes. All participants found the event to be a great challenge, with good facilities and a great atmosphere to meet, fly and chat with fellow flight simmers. The competition was fierce but fair. The sixth Aces High II Convention is being held in Irving, Texas. TrackIR merchandise is being provided as prizes.

Ghost Skies Tournament, March 2006

A flight combat event using IL-2 Sturmovik FB and Pacific Fighters.

Condor Lowlands Cup 2006

The largest online soaring competition, organized by and for Condor pilots, with TrackIRs given as prizes.

After six months, from November 2005 to April 2006, the final results of the Lowlands Cup are as follows:

1. Karsten Leucker (Germany) - Score: 552
2. Wiktor Kozlik (USA) - Score: 543
3. Tim Kuijpers (Netherlands) - Score: 527
4. Tadej Krevh (Slovenia) - Score: 525

Lowlands Cup (LLC) has set the de facto standards for virtual soaring competitions, with a participant list of over 760 competing pilots. Take a look at the Pilot Gallery. LLC has made such a splash that even the FAI (International Federation for Aeronautics) took notice and is discussing ways to make the competition an official FAI league.
